Today is a day to honor and thank the brave men and women who have served our country. We are so grateful for your bravery and sacrifice. No amount of thanks can truly express our gratitude for the service you’ve given to our nation. Veterans Day reminds us to reflect on the rich history of our country and the impact that our military has had on shaping who we are today. Our veterans have been deployed overseas to fight in the trenches of World War II, the beaches of Normandy, the jungles of Vietnam, the deserts of Afghanistan and Iraq, and many other war zones over our nation’s history.
The commitment to serve doesn’t end when these men and women come home. Many of them continue to sacrifice by volunteering in their communities, mentoring the next generation of leaders, and supporting their families. They have fought to protect our rights and freedoms, and today we want to honor them.
